We can provide a fully-certified ATEX drum cradle for use in hazardous work spaces. Our DCR01-Ex is suitable for gas and dust classified spaces: Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22, where explosive or potentially explosive atmospheres exist.

Our 'Ex' rated cradle is manufactured to ensure electrical continuity, and a path to ground is always present.

As with our other drum lifters, you can use this model with a wide variety of drum types and sizes, which is useful if you handle different types of drums daily. If the drums you use aren’t in the specification, contact us and we can offer advice and guidance.

Safely rotate drums into the horizontal position.

Using leverage and a unique geometry, our drum dispenser can significantly reduce the amount of effort you need to use to move and decant drums. You can rotate drums weighing up to 661 lb. (300kg) ergonomically, with an input load below 55lb. (25kg).

Load your drum onto the base plate of the drum dispenser using a STS Drum Truck, or drum lifter, or another suitable and safe drum handler. Once you’ve loaded the cradle, use the stainless-steel chain to secure the drum in place.
