Quick and easy drum loading/unloading

We wanted to make the drum loading process quick and simple. By positioning the base plate of the mixer close to the floor, operators can use regular drum trucks and lifters to load the machine. We recommend these models for loading the machine: Drum Truck (DTC01) and the Counterbalance Drum Lifter (DTP08).

Pneumatic-hydraulic tilt from vertical to horizontal

Forget the old method of manually rolling drums onto their sides and risking injury. With this model, operators simply load the drum vertically and press a button to recline it into the horizontal position. This powered tilting feature is pneumatic (air) powered, prevents damage to drums, and is especially valuable when handling or mixing flammable materials.

Our electric control panel offers all the standard features you’d expect from an STS machine. It allows operators to easily manage both the tilting and mixing functions, as well as adjust the mixing speed through the integrated speed control unit. For safety and convenience, we’ve also included status indicator lights and an emergency stop button to ensure full regulatory compliance and operator peace of mind.

Mixing steel and plastic drums quickly and easily has never been simpler. This drum roller mixer can roll tight-head and open-top steel drums, as well as sealed L-ring plastic drums. The drum rollers fully support the side wall of the drums, limiting wear and tear on the drums you need to mix.
