This unit features a fully adjustable stainless-steel drum band, designed to accommodate steel, plastic, or fiber drums ranging from 13-58 gallons (50 to 220 liters). The band can be easily adjusted to fit the drum size and secured with a ratchet and polyester strap. For companies handling only 52-58 gallon (200- to 220-liter) drums, we also offer a fixed over-center clamp band option. Every drum rotator model is equipped with a premium self-locking rotational gearbox, ensuring smooth, controlled rotation without the risk of unintended movement.

Designed for maximum adaptability, this model is compatible with 13.78”-23.6” (350-600mm) diameter drums. Unlike traditional units that only accommodate 55 gallon (205-liter) steel drums, the STS model features an adjustable sliding mechanism that allows for effortless resizing of the securing band; by shifting the forks closer together along the carriage, the band can be adjusted to suit smaller drum sizes. This flexibility ensures seamless handling even when drum sizes change.

This unit is compatible with various forklift trucks. With a safe working load (SWL) of 771 lb (350kg), the unit is supplied with a load test certificate to ensure compliance. For indoor environments where forklift operation may pose a safety risk to personnel, we recommend one of our mobile drum rotators. These models offer enhanced safety and can be equipped with powered features to suit different requirements.
