We wanted to make the drum loading process quick and simple. By positioning the base plate of the mixer close to the floor, operators can use regular drum trucks and lifters to load the machine. We recommend these models for loading the machine: Drum Truck (DTC01) and the Counterbalance Drum Lifter (DTP08).

Mixing steel and plastic drums quickly and easily has never been simpler. This drum roller mixer can roll tight-head and open-top steel drums, as well as sealed L-ring plastic drums. The drum rollers fully support the side wall of the drums, limiting wear and tear on the drums you need to mix.

Our electric control panel features everything you would expect from an STS machine. Operators can control the tilting function and mixing function as well as set the mix duration using the built-in digital timer. We included indicator lights showing you the status of the machine and an emergency stop button for regulatory compliance and peace of mind.

Fully compliant safety guarding

Regulations stipulate that machines need to be guarded to prevent access during operation. This machine keeps all the moving parts within a safety enclosure and requires the operator to close all doors before the powered functions will activate - this is achieved using safety limit switches and a safety relay circuit.
