Just as durable, ergonomic and maneuverable as our Gas Cylinder Truck (CTS01), allowing you to handle gas cylinders with minimal effort. It also has the added feature of a lifting hoist, so you can lift the loaded trolley from the ground to move it onto different levels. A fixed clamping band keeps the bottle secure in the trolley while you hoist it.

This hand truck with lifting hoist has been developed for companies who have a need to lift cylinders using a crane or hoist. The cylinder is locked into the hand truck with a secure two-part locking mechanism system. The truck has a rated lifting capacity of 330lb. (150kg).

Certified Lifting Hoist

We build the gas cylinder truck with a fully tested and certified lifting hoist. Once you’ve secured the cylinder into the cylinder truck with the clamping band, use an overhead crane or derrick to lift them.

ATEX for Explosive or Hazardous Zones

We can provide fully-certified ATEX / UKEX gas cylinder trucks for use in hazardous-zoned areas. Our CTS02-Ex is suitable for gas and dust classified spaces: Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22. When manufactured we ensure electrical continuity, when being used at floor level a path to ground is always present through the trolley. We supply our ATEX / UKEX cylinder handling equipment with a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity which demonstrates compliance with the directives and relevant British and ISO Standards.
