This Stainless Steel Corner Drum Palletizer approaches the corner of a pallet. It is important that the corner of a pallet is accessible to make the most of this machine. It has been designed to have a smaller footprint and a lighter weight design then our two other models. Drums can be palletized on and off pallets quickly and efficiently using this machine.

Height Adjustable Drum Gripper

The stainless-steel ladder rack and universal catch allows this drum palletizer to be adjusted to accommodate different drums sizes from 13 to 58 gallons (50-220 liters)made from either steel, plastic or fiberboard materials. Operators can make adjustments to the drum catch at the front of the palletizer by simply adjusting the position of the top hook to work with different drum lips.

Manual Hydraulic Pump

Every hydraulic pump assembly is manufactured by qualified technicians to ensure they are clean and reliable. The aluminum pump assembly supplies hydraulic oil to a sheaved ram assembly, when operators pump the handle at the rear of the stainless lifter the drum is raised up off the pallet or ground. During the manufacturing of the drum palletizers, engineers test and inspect all components to ensure they work smoothly and effectively throughout the life of the unit.

This product performs well in all conditions due to the high-quality wheels fitted. We fit rubber-sealed (RS) precision bearings which offer long-lasting wheel performance for tough work environments. To get the most out of this palletizer we recommend using it on flat and level ground.

    We provide a fully certified 'Ex' rated drum lifter for use in flammable and explosive areas. These models utilize anti-static and conductive components to ensure safety and conformity. We also ensure full electrical continuity throughout the machine to dissipate static charges should they occur. Our ATEX Counterbalanced Drum Lifter is suitable for use in classified zones 1, 2, 21, and 22.

    Push-button electric-hydraulic lift

    If you need to handle a large quantity of drums each day, you may want to consider our electric lift upgrade. The battery-powered system allows operators to move more drums per hour by eliminating the need to pump the manual lift handle. The push-button lift controls are simple and easy to use and enhance productivity. The onboard batteries have plenty of power, allowing hundreds of drum movements per charge. To charge the lifter, simply connect the mains-powered battery charger to the unit.

    Integrated load-cell weighing system

    Our integrated weighing system has an accuracy of +/- 3.5oz (0.1kg). This system streamlines operations by weighing drums whilst lifting them, eliminating the need for separate floor scales.
